Since then I have held most revenue-focused roles, most recently running a RevOps consulting shop for Series A/B level companies. On the side, I have also mentored and coached dozens of sales managers & sales candidates through the hiring process. I believe your sales process is a software platform and your reps are your users. My focus is on bringing in more pipeline & revenue with less investment.
