I'm the MD of ADCR Capital and have devoted 14 years of my career as a C-level revenue leader (Chief Revenue Officer) for 20+ early stage B2B software and tech. companies between 0 and 10 mio ARR. All together in the most various spaces and industries, making me industry-agnostic. I've been successful in all of them.

Today, later in my career, I became a capitalist with my own boutique capitalist firm with a unique operator/investor/financier concept where I join a business as their COO or CEO who restructures, professionalizes and grows the business while joining the capital, with access to a broad diversity and volume of 3rd party capital, who are willing to invest in ventures that I operate.

Based on this POC business, I will start a PE/VC fund with a unique take on VC and PE capital and scale up my concept of operating, investing, and financing businesses I believe in.

As an operator/investor/financier, I'd say I'm a rather unique profile to coach, consult, or advise you, given the 3-dimensional way of me looking at your company.
