Throughout my career, I have thrived in various roles, including founder and CEO, where I successfully wore multiple hats and excelled in numerous responsibilities, including driving sales and business development strategies. I possess expertise in overseeing GTM strategy, driving operational efficiencies, managing P&Ls, collaborating with finance teams, spearheading product development and innovation, and implementing effective operating systems like EOS/OKRs to streamline planning and execution.

A significant accomplishment in my career was leading a company through a successful acquisition and ensuring its seamless integration into the parent company. As the CEO, I played a pivotal role in the organizational integration, guaranteeing a smooth transition and maximizing the value of the acquisition. This experience provided invaluable insights into other key areas of M&A strategies, P&L management, and the intricacies of driving organizational growth.

Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of SMB Regional Offices and as part of the Executive Leadership Team, I continue to leverage my entrepreneurial mindset and strategic acumen to shape go-to-market strategies, manage P&Ls, drive sales initiatives, and foster business development amidst ongoing acquisitions. I excel in building and leading high-performing teams, aligning diverse service offerings, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving significant growth and increased revenue streams.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I am a firm believer in personal growth and adventure. When I'm not immersed in business strategies, you can find me challenging myself through activities like surfing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, fitness training, golf, and playing the guitar. Where do the sessions happen?

The sessions are “powered by HSE” because they are video calls triggered within the platform, not Zoom. You’ll be given access to a simple link in your calendar that is active 15 minutes prior to the time of your coaching session.

How does a 1:1 video consultation work?

Choose from our list of top experts in their field, select a time that’s ideal for both you and the coach. At the time of the appointment, join the 1:1 video call, address your biggest challenge, ask questions, and get expert advice.

How long are the sessions?

Most of our coaches offer 1:1 video consultations lasting between 30 and 60 minutes. During the booking process, you can choose the duration that best suits your needs.

How much can we accomplish in a virtual session?

Overall, the majority of our customers have been extremely satisfied with the results of their live 1:1 video consultations. We have received numerous five-star reviews, and a high percentage of our customers choose to rebook the same coach or other coaches because their experience surpassed their expectations. While our most popular sessions are 60 minutes long, a 30-minute session can still be very productive.

Can I book a coach more than once?

Yes, many of our customers book the same coach or a group of coaches regularly, and there are no limits.

What time zones are the video consultations based in?

All times are displayed on the HSE marketplace in your local time zone. For instance, if you are in San Francisco, the times will be shown in PT.

Do you support international customers?

Top coaches are available in all countries that accept Stripe.

Can I reschedule or cancel my session?

You can reschedule calls at least 4 hours before the session.
